Tenir Eco Hotel, Shymbulak Mountain Resort, Almaty

My stay at Tenir Eco Hotel was a mixed bag. The view from my King Room with Mountain View was absolutely stunning, and the experience of having my own sauna was unique. However, the remote location made it challenging to access restaurants and stores, and I found the room service fees to be quite high. Overall, while the surroundings were breathtaking, the service and amenities left some room for improvement.
